Many mothers raise daughters avoid those “ain’t sh*t” boys, the thugs, the abusers, the manipulators, the ones that’ll break her heart, leave her pregnant and barefooted, etc. 

Rarely are they taught how to love and care for a genuine man

Can’t teach what you don’t know, I guess.

Somebody’s gotta take the initiative to learn on their own, tho. Break the cycle.
